A Corporate Pass enables your team to enrol in courses online without individual staff having to pay upfront. It gives your organisation the opportunity to purchase in advance and provides you with full visibility and control over who enrols and which classes they can access.
During checkout, staff simply enter a unique Corporate Pass code to enrol in either a selected range of courses or your entire course catalogue. Any eligible discounts will be applied automatically.
Each time the pass is used instead of payment, an automated invoice is sent to your nominated email address. No payment is required—these invoices are for tracking purposes only, allowing you to monitor usage.
If you notice any unauthorised use of your Corporate Pass, simply reply to the automated email (short-courses@sydney.edu.au), and we will cancel the enrolment as needed.
Important: Your Corporate Pass will only be issued once payment has been received.
