Our renowned yearlong flagship course will be relaunched in September 2025 with the first cohort commencing in July 2026.
Executive Leadership in Major Projects (ELMP) program has transformed complex projects and launched careers. Designed in collaboration with industry leaders and academic experts, it is a ‘one of a kind’ learning experience tailored for the unique challenges that the C+ suite face in leading complex projects and project portfolios.
Major Projects Leadership Forum

We champion industry transformation through our annual forum, which brings together senior government and industry leaders to develop solutions to challenges faced in delivering complex projects.
This work has been focused on the infrastructure and construction sector, is now feeding into policy and industry debates including the Building and Construction Industry Blueprint, Construction industry strategy and work on productivity.
