With over 20 years of experience across Strategic Advisory, Business Transformation, Program, PMO, Change, and Project Management, James identified a critical misalignment between organisational vision and the execution of strategic initiatives.

He observed that many organisations failed to align what they were doing with why they were doing it. This disconnect often led to resources being invested in initiatives that did not deliver intended value or benefits. As a result, transformations were not sustained, and executives were left overextended, often taking risks beyond their appetite.

In 2010, James founded PMLogic to bridge the gap between strategy and implementation. His vision is for PMLogic to be Australia’s leading wholly owned and operated Program Management partner of choice. By bringing together top thinkers and professionals from across the field and beyond, PMLogic delivers a comprehensive, tailored approach to support each client’s transformation journey.
