Dr Maegan Baker works at the intersection of strategy, skills and cross-sector collaboration. With 15+ years in senior strategic roles across state and federal government, higher education and the not-for-profit sector, she focuses on partnership development, process improvement and human-centred design.
Formerly the Director of Partnerships at the NSW Government's Advanced Manufacturing Readiness Facility, Maegan brings both policy insight and delivery discipline to complex, tech-enabled teams. She holds a BA (Anthropology/English), JD (Law), a Masters in Project Management, and a PhD in Strategy, Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
In the Leading Tech-Enabled Teams Sprint, she emphasises visibility without surveillance, building trust through transparency, and creating accountability systems that support rather than constrain team effectiveness.
